Sentiment Circles
People really enjoy our class on creating word circles (see it here) and love using the sentiments contained within the Dottie and George Christmas bundle. They may however find it a tad difficult to combine the circle with other elements so I have created four sentiment "buttons" for you. These are free for you to use but the normal copyrights applies (not for commercial use blah blah blah). One will be posted each day over the following four days.
I have created several formats for whichever best suits your need. Click on the images below, right-click the larger version in the pop-up window and save to your computer.

Sepia with transparent background.
And here is an example card made with the transparent coloured sentiment.
Cooking Dottie from the Dottie at Home collection. Imaginisce papers, chipboard corners and brads. The words on the circle have been coloured in with a Sakura Stardust pen. DCWV self-adhesive ribbon.
The paper is a double-sided one from the Imaginisce "All Kinds of Happy" birthday collection and has word circles on it! Couldn't get a more perfect paper to use with this sentiment. You can purchase the paper here. :o)

Double Challenge
It's a double challenge over on Dottie's World today where the Sunday challenge is to use a Charmed download and double the challenge with another elsewhere in blogland. I chose to double up with the challenge on Cute Card Thursday where the specs are as follows: "The two of us- we would like you to use two of something on your card, it could be 2 people, 2 animals or 1 of each". On my card I have not only used two of the download characters (Dottie and George), I have used the same image twice - on the front and then again on the inside of the card.
The idea of this card can be summed up by the wording on the card:
"Love Birds" (on the front)
"Separated we are mere shadows of ourselves, together we are complete (inside the card)"
The front depicting the love birds apart is therefore in very plain drab colours, with the inside literally bursting with bright colours when they are joined - depicting the anguish of being parted and the joy of being together.
